Super awesome science experiment

When Ivory Soap is made, air is whipped into it to make the soap light and fluffy. It also means that instead of melting when heat is applied, like most soap, it expands. So, in your microwave, it’ll go from this:

to this:

in about 90 seconds.awesome. Afterwards, the soap has a dry, flaky feeling, sort of like really thin styrofoam peanuts, but it’s still soap. You can still get a pretty good lather from it, too. Want to watch the blob grow?
